  • I weigh myself every other day and then on the days I don't weigh I take my measurements. It keeps me from obsessing over it too much. Whatever works for you is what you should do. I find my measurements to be a little more accurate then the scale.

  • Made my first keto bread today and omg it's so good. Threw some roast beef and turkey on it and added a slice of cheese. And then had some kalamata olives on the side. Sooo good.
  • I lost 8 lbs the first week of lchf and now on my second week I lost another 4. I do have 100-130 lbs to lose though. I am now averaging about 1 lb ever 3 days. Make sure you are eating enough good fat. And making sure you are getting enough potassium, sodium, and magnesium. And drink tons of water.

  • My husband called me skinny last night. The first time someone used that word to describe me. I'm no where near skinny yet but I have lost some weight and my body feels a lot different and I look quite a bit thinner than I did starting out.
