@azkunk You walked about 7750 steps. Some of that was your dog walking, which you counted as an activity. So if you knew how many steps you took walking the dog, deducted them from the 7750, you would probably come out to less than 2500. So you need to compare the number of steps not accounted for in your exercise to the…

It's store bought (Costco). I'm assuming that will make it "not lasagna".
-
LOL Does remind me of that damn lasagna though. 7 servings to a package???? :)

Last year on of the folks brought veggie Indian food. I had a tough time moderating that. It was really good.

Honestly, I'm probably not watching this year (sick of the Pats winning), but in the past I've just logged the Super Bowl entry. It's only 800 cals so I logged 3 or 4 (can't remember). I do the glass of water for every drink when I'm out and not in the mood to count.
-
Drink a glass of water for every drink, and just log 3500 cals and be done with it. One day blah blah blah. Overeaters anonymous HAH.

It's a Canadian thing apparently.

Why didn't the Wookie get a medal???????

Seems very 80's porn star ish :) I admit I'll wear on at home and outside but can't seem to bring myself to wear one at the gym. I really should when on the TM as I sweat a lot.

Actually, before I joined MFP, I had no idea that there was another kind of zoodles.

Zoodles are pasta.

I tried using a tape. I can't get the same number twice, so am using it once a month only. I weigh daily (and get a BF% daily) because it's easy. Stand on the scale and am done, but mine is wifi so I don't even have to type numbers in. :)

He does abuse his poor assistant at times (Jessie??) :)

So, it's male bovine excrement

Maybe I haven't watched enough of his videos, but this one seemed to really be odd for him. I also didn't watch the whole thing, once I realized it was just a joke video I killed it. Does he do many like this? All the one I've watched have been helpful.
-
I think this is a personal preference. I'd rather run outside for an hour than lift for an hour, but I recognize I need to do both.
-
Pretty much ignore the BF% on your scale. If you want to trend it long term (3-6 months) it might be useful, but day to day it is useless.

My wife maintains a healthy weight without counting. She just doesn't eat more than she needs to and doesn't scarf down snacks. She makes a frikken chocolate bar last a week. It's just how she is. I do none of that stuff so I only lose if I count.

Ummm. Remember "Snake Oil Salesmen"? People have been scammed for centuries, the internet just makes it easier to do the scamming so we see more of it. But I don't really think people are more gullible, just exposed to more. Just like it's easier to do "mail fraud" these days when you don't need to use actual mail. I…

Just put on shoes and run, they said Lying little *puppy*

Shoes. running socks (cuz normal socks just don't do) running tights (it's cold up here in Canada) compression underwear (helps keep the "boyz" in place) Compression shirts (one day I hope to not have floppy belly fat and stop wearing these) wireless earbuds (cuz the wires annoyed me) running watch foot pod to give the…

Yeah, cold and icy sucks. I had to figure out how to make the treadmill not stop after an hour to get some of my longer runs in.
-
I had shin splints when I first started running. Went and got a gait analysis done at a running store and they got me into stability shoes. Cleared up the shin splints PDQ. Now I use my shins to let me know when it is time to get new shoes. I couldn't run when I had them. Hurt way too much.

Ditto. I'm paying ~$60 a month for 24/7. I hit it between 5 and 5:30.
-
You mean it explains why I'm so nice, witty and charming?????
-
Never seen it either, but in my defense I'm Canadian :) Only food show I watch is Nailed It on Netflix (and it is frikken hilarious). Otherwise, just not really into them.
-
Yup. Another one who waited and now regrets it.
