I notice this most after a night of drinking. As long as I don't go overboard, and don't hit the snacks that go along with drinking, I can see 2-3 lbs loss the next day.

If you are getting back into it, try a C25K app (I used Zenn Labs one). Take it slow, get the right shoes and have fun. Just be warned that it is an addiction and you may find yourself spending more money on "things" then makes rational sense (or is that just me?)

I spent a chunk of time sorting my music by BPM. I found a tool that would calculate it and add the info to the tags so I could see them in Windows. I then sorted them by BPM into folders so I can just load the music for the BPM I'm trying to hit to my earbuds and go. When I get home I can find the name of the tool I used.

Weird. You can ask for it to be moved. Just click on Flag, select report select other and in the comment section ask if it can be moved. Or just post the question again in recipes and see if this one gets closed :)
-
Maybe ask to have this moved to Food & Nutrition :)

I have a minor beef on this issue, but something that annoys me. When the joint between mirrors is lined up off-center from the power rack. So it lines up with my shoulder instead of the middle of my face. Man this bugs the crap out of me. But yes to the mirrors.

Make sure to time your cheat day/diet breaks or whatever you call it when you are seeing them. :)

But it is funny as hell :)

Back on topic, how do most of you set up your irrigation? I put in hard pipes to my planters last year and ran small nozzles off of them, but I'm wondering if I should go to something more flexible so I can do some re-arranging if needed. I know I need to redo my potato box.

We go to OK falls to swim so the dogs can go as well. Since we live an hour or so north, we know ALLLLL the wineries :) Oh, and the gin that Duhb Glass sells is my fav.

??. No, Libra doesn't need a particular scale. You can use the app and put your weight in it daily.
-
Typo?
-
Shhhhhh. Don't tell @quiksylver296 I'm doing this.....
-
Web works good for meals if you want to copy from a prior day. Breakfast for me is pretty consistent, so it's easier on the web. But otherwise the app for meals.

Listen to her^^. She knows what she's talking about.

Weigh daily, have a wifi scale so I don't even have to type numbers in. Updates Libra, MFP, Garmin and trendweight.

Just signed up for a free month of Amazon Prime, so watching the Grand Tour on the treadmill. Gotta binge 3 seasons (not sure the whole 3rd one is up yet) before the month is up as I'm not sure the rest is worth it to me. Hoping to get back outside but nature dumped 6 inches of white crap on us last night, so will be a…

Please understand that (as is said often on this site) the concept is simple, the execution is hard. People don't say that losing weight isn't a difficult thing. The common theme is it doesn't need to be made more difficult through random food restrictions, or following this or that diet, or whatever else is the trend…

Who are you and what have you done with @quiksylver296?

To answer the question, I'll use me as an example. I'm ~200 lbs. The general formula for calories burned walking is weight X .3 X miles I'm in Canada so I need to convert to KM's Weight X .3 X miles X .6214 So for each KM I burn ~ 37 calories 1 lb of fat is 3500 calories I need to walk ~95 KM to burn the equivalent of 1 lb…

So, would you pay extra to be able to do this on the app? :)

Why did I read this and "Nice mix of nachos and endless..."? Trying to figure out who would put nachos on pizza, but you never know with @pinuplove
-
The formula doesn't take into account water consumed, which is far more than water lost from weight loss. So, if your holding on to water it can be far more than from the fat loss. I wish I could find it again, but I do recall reading that fat cells cannot store water, so that isn't the process. But I do know that I've had…

I think even with Garmin you need a pretty high end version. My 3HR does not allow me to plan my route ahead of time. I think in the Fenix series only the 5X does, and it's expensive (over a grand Cdn). Not sure about the Forerunner series.

C or F :) (for those who don't get it, at that temp it really doesn't matter, but -40C = -40F)
-
I just saw Keto and scrolled past. Did I miss something?
-
Don't want to be fussy, but why test these and not include Garmin in the mix? Seems really odd that the one typically touted as the best is excluded.

Less than running the oven for the same amount of time.

They make a tray for the Acti-fry. https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/t-fal-actifry-basket-0432286p.html#srp I love mine for potatoes. I usually cube them, toss in a little oil and spicy Mrs. Dash and throw them in then deal with the rest of dinner. But I'm cooking for one (wife can't eat potatoes). I've used it to cook…
