I feel safe in my studio, too. We have to wear masks in and out of the studio and between stations. Optional to wear them as we workout.

My Garmin will sometimes reset/resync if I shut my phone off for a minute and then turn it back on. Also, maybe check to see if there are any Garmin updates that need to happen.

I'm 54 and have been running on and off for about 10 years. Today's run: 5.03 miles in 49 minutes 17 seconds. That was outdoors with some incline, but nothing crazy.

I like OTF. Not every workout floats my boat, but we have good coaches and friendly people at my location. And I would never independently do some of the exercises and weight work I do during the workouts. It's helped me with pacing my running better, too. OTF isn't for everybody, but it does have positive benefits for…

I really appreciate the workout I get at OTF. We have great coaches at my location and it's just overall a great experience whenever I go, and I go 5 times a week. It's helped with my training for half marathons, too.

I just did my 70th OTF class today. My all out speed on the treadmill is up to 8 mph and I am using 15 or 20 pound weights, up from 8 pounds when I started. Not bad for a 54 year old woman.

I was a lifetime WW member for about 9 years. I'm now about 7 pounds over my goal and I stopped going to meetings mostly because the leaders that I liked left. I'm trying to lose that 7, and promised myself new workout clothes when I lose half of that. It's not a lot of weight to lose, but I haven't been motivated to watch…

I love OTF. I started going in April, and I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. All ages and fitness levels at my studio, too.

Enjoy it, and you're right, listen to your body. Then sign up for another one! You know you want to.

ORG folks, did everyone do the Cirque du Soleil workout this morning with the trx straps? It was kind of fun.
-
My studio just finished a transformation challenge. The winners each got $500. I want to get in on the next one.

I'm going on vacation soon and I'm trying to decide if I should put my membership on hold for the 2 weeks I'll be gone or try and find OTF along the road. I'm not sure how easy that will be on a road trip, but I don't want to miss 2 weeks. I'm planning to take along my own weights.

I like the rower!! Not a fan of the little wheelie thing. I can't think of the name of it, obviously. OTF is kind of addicting.
-
WW helped me figure out portion control. I lost almost 50 pounds 10 years, and I've kept most of it off.

I've been going to OTF for almost 2 months. I like the balance of the workouts because I would pretty much do nothing but cardio if left to my own devices. There are good coaches where I go and I like the people in my classes. It's all business in there. I don't really buy into the afterburn thing, but I feel like I get a…

I don't put it on cardio, but that's just because I never thought about doing it. I have a class in an hour. Maybe I'll try it.
-
I go 4 to 5 times a week. I like the diversity of people and workouts. I keep my Garmin on as habit and so I can compare my heart rates between it and my OTF tracker.

I buy frozen fruit to take to work for lunch or a snack. It's usually thawed enough to eat by lunch, and it doesn't go bad. Nuts are good on the go, and I carry Think Thin bars with me when I know I won't have time for a meal.

I'm 54 and I find as I get older I need to do more strengthening stuff. Squats, lunges, weights, plank.
-
Eggs, salmon, Greek yogurt and a Zone or Think Thin bar once in awhile.
-
I've had good luck with Asics. Comfortable and affordable.

I started about 2 weeks ago. I'm not seeing dramatic weight loss, but I feel a whole lot better than I have for awhile. I really like it.

About 10 years ago I lost almost 50 pounds using WW's Core program. It sounds an awful lot like this Freestyle program. I didn't track anything because I'm not all that disciplined a person. I've kept all the weight off except for about 12 pounds in the last year due to extreme stress and emotional eating from losing both…

I lost both my parents last year and gained about 12 pounds from emotional eating. I am just now starting to get myself on the right road again. I had to get my head right first and just get back into some kind of fitness frame of mind. Don't worry about the scale right now. Get back into your routine and stick to it. I'm…

When I start to slip back into bad habits, I try to remember 1 healthy change I made that helped me lose weight, and then I made sure to do that 1 thing every day. You can do this. Good luck.
-
Take it 1 day at a time and celebrate small, nsv like drinking more water or walking more each day. Slow and steady.
-
I like my Garmin Forerunner 35. It's big so I don't need my reading glasses to see it. And I never have my glasses with my when I run.
-
I like Think Thin.

I lost both my parents last year and gave in to emotional and stress eating. I have just started to try and lose the 12 pounds I gained during that time. I wish I had stayed more focused on my own health. Stay the course and take your emotions out on your workouts. Peace.

Congratulations.
