Hi,

I’m new to this- after about 15 times of trying haha! I just keep loosing motivation! Anyone got any tips?!

    Take it 1 day at a time and celebrate small, nsv like drinking more water or walking more each day. Slow and steady.

    Thankyou! Find it harder when I’m at work and because I don’t give it enough time to see a difference so end up giving up!
