Exactly. Maybe I'm weird in saying I don't wish to rely on something other than myself to stay fit for the rest of my life. Everyone's different I suppose. I just don't understand the reasoning in not wanting to forge a healthy and sustainable relationship with food on your own.

No, but I create art in a multitude of ways. HYE cooked for your date?
-
Haha. You're welcome

A "bro" term for shedding fat. I'm not literally cutting my body parts off.

Dude, fruits and vegetables. Google the ones highest in the vitamins you want. Just a little research. Everyone wants the answered handed to them.l on a plate. *Sorry to sound like I'm in my feelings but the forums are filled with questions like this. Just remember, Google has the answers for the most part.
-
Both. Sometimes on a cut I see changes in my physical daily.
-
Yeah I seen that. It's a great watch.

Very True!

Catching my eye contact

Yep, you're hungry. It is slightly worrying you no longer understand the cues of your body. Seems you've been restricting yourself far too long. Anyway, eat up because clearly 1600 cals isn't enough to fuel you.
-
Yep we've all been there and decided to soldier on when in fact seeing a professional would've been the best bet. Hope it's nothing too serious. Good luck with recovery. That'll definitely be on the agenda.
-
I tend to not regret it too. Mainly because I didn't want it lol. I get what you mean though.
-
You can if you want. I don't see why not. But ultimately you losing weight will require you to be in a caloric deficit. Also, you can't spot reduce if that's what you're getting at. It'll come off where it comes off.
-
Yes HYE been hit by a car.
-
Abs. It always does.
-
Trial and error. No one will no the sweet spot except you. It's when all of your physical goals align and you're comfortable with it.
-
Damn. The amount of urban myths still lurking out there is shocking. None of those will do anything. You're probably eating in a deficit already and you drinking that is tricking you into thinking that's making you lose the weight. Scrap all of that. Just eat healthily within a caloric deficit and you'll be on your way. No…
-
Yep. Definitely helps with posture. Which in turn helps your form on all your other lifts.

To have an overall bada$$ body. Training your core is imperative. Hence the word "core". That's just how I see it. Of course you don't have to have a solid core to look good in clothes.
-
Cut until you're lean then bulk until you're abs begin to fade then cut till they're clear then so on and so forth. This approach is called a lean bulk. There's no off season to your life. There's no time to get fat for the sake of building muscle. Good luck.
-
Good luck you guys. Go hard!
-
You know you could just use sugar it's not the end of the world if you do.
-
I guess the only thing left to ask is.. Did you enjoy that chocolate chip muffin??
-
This is brilliant. I adopt the same approach in terms on not being a slave to the clock. And like you my body actually prefers to eat around that 3/4 pm time frame. I think ultimately listening to ones body is the what you learn when you eventually go full circle on your health journey. Well done with your loss!
-
Yes it does. It makes eating at caloric deficit ridiculous easy. It also has a bunch of other health benefits. Check that out on YouTube. If you do try it out, start off with the standard 16/8 window. Once you've adapted to it you can reduce your eating window as you see fit.
-
You have reach that point of desperation. The point where you want it bad enough. Then you'll adhere to it. Also start of with something you can see yourself doing long term. Short fixes never last.

Core workouts.
-
Walk, planks.

I prefer to go at the crack of dawn. That way there's just a handle of people and I feel I've accomplished something of magnitude before people have even woken up. Sometimes evening workouts are cool. There's a sweet spot for me in the evening. Not straight after work but an 2 hours or so after. At the end of the day just…

When I don't go shopping when in fact I need to. I start to freestyle with meals and it can get out of hand.
