Rock and metal, well, at 51 I'm about the 80's, but I don't consider Van Halen, Dokken , Motley Crue metal. Recently found bands I like thru Spotify. Tyketto, Hardline, XYZ, Eclipse, H.E.AT., Strangeways and many more. Hate radio today. Listening to DJ's and talk show hosts drive me crazy

I've felt guilty for making time for myself to exercise. I have a honey gym, over time my wife has realized that I'm in a better place mentally after I exercise. Hopefully your husband comes around. Besides, who doesn't want a wife that looks good.?
