  • Mostly 2, 3 or 4 punch combos with the weight vest on and 2 pounds in each hand (boxing style) or jumping jacks with the weight vest on and those weights in hand. Allows me to work out while watching TV.

  • Day 38 Holoball Thrill of the Fight Holopoint Weight Vest: 16 lbs, Knee made a nasty pop halfway through Holopoint.

  • Week 4 Check In Weight: 207.4 lbs Waist: 35 in. Weekly Weight Loss: 2.6 lbs Total Weight Loss: 11.6 lbs % of Goal (50 lbs): 23% Losing those inches feels better than losing that weight. I'm going to need new pants soon.
  • Day 31 Holoball Thrill of the Fight Thrill of the Fight (No Weight Vest) Audioshield Weight Vest: 16 lbs. My shoulder disagrees with the weight vest. I found that I can take it off after doing 2 full rounds with each opponent and still continue with minimal pain. This discovery should help me continuing forward.

  • Day 30 Holoball Thrill of the Fight Holoball Weight vest: 16 lbs Fan died partly through and I started sweating up a storm. Going to do some Audioshield after I cooldown for a bit but still happy with the results.
  • Day 29 Holoball Thrill of the Fight Audioshield Went walking through some steep inclined hills today so I went a little lighter on the workout. Still feel it though. Tomorrow weight vest comes back.

After walking up and down SF and street fares and over an hour in a mosh pit, I apparently still needed another day of rest as I was not able to maintain. I will take another day or two of lighter workout for longer duration.

  • Have you done any jumping jacks with the weight vest on? I rather enjoyed how butt kicking it was.

Burned: 649 Calories Not posting the heart rate graph because I had to work out in spurts. I was fairly sore from my second workout the day before so it took some time to find workouts that didn't make things worse.
