I'm very familiar with lower back problems. My bottom 3 discs are damaged and I will eventually need surgery. I found that out when I was 22, I'm 25 now, but luckily for me my 3 epidurals have helped tremendously and i don't have too much issues anymore. *knocks on wood* Only a matter of time before mine goes back out Hope…

Nothing special or amazing really. Just tracking calories and macros. Eat high protein mostly. And work out 6-7 days a week. Main thing is getting on track with eating healthier, cut out sodas and energy drinks (i drank a lot of those) and working out when you can. I've gone from 341 to 270 lbs, new goal is around 200!

You can do it man! I started at 341, an now right at 270 in about 6 months or so. My original goal weight was 225 but am now aiming towards 200 Main deal is eating right, exercise is a plus though! Just keep at it!

It definitely is hard but over time it gets easier and everything just becomes natural and you get into a routine! You can do this! :smile:

I'm working on it, not too sure I wanna get that low yet though. I'm 25 an 6', started at 341 and have gotten to 274 so far, my goal as of right now is 225 but may go lower Amazing job though, that's awesome!

Southern Alabama here, we never get snow. Heck, sometimes on Christmas you can still go to the beach. Ive lost about 67 lbs in the past 4 months with about 50 more to go. Feel free to add me

I've never had that problem but i go to the gym 7 days a week to make sure it doesn't happen. Lol On the days i have to miss the gym (don't happen often) i make sure to do stuff at my house. Don't get me wrong rest days are perfectly fine, i just choose to not take any until i get down to my goal weight

Thank you very much! But yes going to a gym is excellent. I go to the gym 6-7 days a week and mainly do weight lifting, i try to get cario in 2 sometimes 3 days a week after my work outs. If you would like you can check bodybuilding.com and they have routines and stuff on there, not sure how much trainers are but im sure…
