Mini goal motivating me right now is to hit 200 lbs. Started at 350 and currently just about 209. I've never been this "small" my entire adult life. Not even high school, maybe like 6th grade? Final goal is 185 I think

The reason why I started was for my kids. To be able to play with them and keep up with them. So I could be in their lives for as long as possible. SW:350 CW: 212 GW:185 maybe?

9 lbs in a month is great! You're already off to a fantastic start. And you've already done the hardest part and that's starting. I've noticed the past week or so the app has been a little slow/glitchy so it may be because of that. I mostly scan bar codes because it's a lot faster and easier

For me what made me want to start this journey was my kids, they were and always will be the reason I try to get as healthy as possible to keep up with them and also be in their lives for as long as possible. 350lbs to currently 213lbs, about 28 more to go until my goal

Thank you! It's been a few yrs now, maybe 3 or 4. But I had fallen off track a few times for awhile but didn't really gain weight back till the end of last year because I had back surgery and couldn't do much. Since then I'm feeling great and getting closer to my goal of 185-190

Feel free to add me if you'd like. Best advice I can give you is to never give up, keep going. The journey will have its ups and downs but if you stick with it and think of it more of a lifestyle change than diet you'll reach your goal. Thank you! Slow and steady is the way to go. But don't go by what the scale says all the time. Take pictures and measurements to track progress weekly also. Some weeks the scale won't hardly budge but often times you lose inches instead

Try not to worry about the big goal just yet, set small goals that way each time you reach one you'll have that accomplishment to help drive you. Take it one day at a time and you'll get there! I'm not new to this but I've been there. Just take it one day at a time with healthy eating and exercise and you'd be surprised by what you are capable of. Also I've found that it helps to take a lot of pictures through your journey as encouragement. I started out at 350lbs and now about 215, aiming for about 185-190

This app definitely helps to track calories and workouts. Just use it and stay on track and you can reach any goal you have. I don't know about fibromyalgia but I have anxiety and depression. Since starting my journey about 10 months ago I've lost just about 100 lbs with another 45 or so to go. Feel free to add me

I'm next door in Alabama. Tweak your calorie goal slightly and try increasing cardio. Helped for me. I've lost just about 100 lbs but still have 52 lbs left. Went from 341 and now at 242, aiming for 190 as of right now
