  • Im almost there, 147 lbs down with maybe 18 to go
  • Just wanted to say congratulations to everyone that has ever posted here, and thank you as well. I've looked through these success stories for a long time and they're all very inspirational. Although I'm not finished yet I felt like sharing mine so far. Im 6' and started out at 350 lbs, I was wearing a size 4x-5x shirts…
  • Mini goal motivating me right now is to hit 200 lbs. Started at 350 and currently just about 209. I've never been this "small" my entire adult life. Not even high school, maybe like 6th grade? Final goal is 185 I think
  • Just wanted to say although it may seem impossible at times, every one of you can reach your goals! Just gotta take it a day at a time and be consistent. There may be a few bumps on the journey but when that happens remember the reason you started and remember your life and your health are worth fighting for. I don't have…
  • You got this! That's where I was when I started. I was 350 lbs and currently 212 lbs so just shy of 140 lbs lost. Next goal is to get out of the 200's and final goal is maybe 185. Feel free to add me if you'd like
  • The reason why I started was for my kids. To be able to play with them and keep up with them. So I could be in their lives for as long as possible. SW:350 CW: 212 GW:185 maybe?
  • Congrats on the weight loss, and I'm sorry for your losses. Keep your head up man!
  • That's awesome! Great loss in 5 weeks. You got this!
  • 9 lbs in a month is great! You're already off to a fantastic start. And you've already done the hardest part and that's starting. At my heaviest I was 350 lbs and pre diabetic, high blood pressure, my back was completely messed up (had back surgery last year right after I turned 28) along with a few other health issues.…
  • I've noticed the past week or so the app has been a little slow/glitchy so it may be because of that. I mostly scan bar codes because it's a lot faster and easier
  • That's awesome! You're kicking *kitten* man, awesome transformation
  • For me what made me want to start this journey was my kids, they were and always will be the reason I try to get as healthy as possible to keep up with them and also be in their lives for as long as possible. 350lbs to currently 213lbs, about 28 more to go until my goal
  • Thank you! It's been a few yrs now, maybe 3 or 4. But I had fallen off track a few times for awhile but didn't really gain weight back till the end of last year because I had back surgery and couldn't do much. Since then I'm feeling great and getting closer to my goal of 185-190
  • Feel free to add me if you'd like. Best advice I can give you is to never give up, keep going. The journey will have its ups and downs but if you stick with it and think of it more of a lifestyle change than diet you'll reach your goal. I'm 28 and my heaviest was 350lbs, I'm currently 215lbs and aim to loose another 30lbs…
  • Thank you! Slow and steady is the way to go. But don't go by what the scale says all the time. Take pictures and measurements to track progress weekly also. Some weeks the scale won't hardly budge but often times you lose inches instead
  • That's great man. Definitely right about the journey having its ups and downs but just try to stay consistent and keep your head up and you'll reach any goal you have!
  • Try not to worry about the big goal just yet, set small goals that way each time you reach one you'll have that accomplishment to help drive you. Take it one day at a time and you'll get there! Seems hard and sometimes impossible but as long as you're consistent you can accomplish anything. I started with 165 lbs I wanted…
  • I haven't just started, I've been at it for awhile now. But I've always kept two things in my notes that I've read quite often. "Pain is temporary, quitting is forever" and "when you feel like giving up, remember why you started" Best advice I can give is to keep pushing, it takes time but if you keep at it you'll start…
  • Hey man, going to send you a friend req. You've already made a huge step by wanting to change for the better and get healthier. My heaviest was 350lbs an I have lost 135lbs, sitting around 215 right now. Just gotta take it a day at a time
  • Sending req. I started my journey awhile back, started at 350lbs and lost 140, ended up gaining some back with having back surgery 6 months ago but I'm just about back at my -140 mark and aiming to lose another maybe 30 or so
  • I'm not new to this but I've been there. Just take it one day at a time with healthy eating and exercise and you'd be surprised by what you are capable of. Also I've found that it helps to take a lot of pictures through your journey as encouragement. I started out at 350lbs and now about 215, aiming for about 185-190
  • After about a month or so. Definitely recommend taking a lot of pictures so you can see your progress that way. I also got a layout app so I could do like side/side. Helps keep me motivated. Keep up the great work btw that's awesome My heaviest was 350lbs and I've been able to lose 140, another 20-30 for me then I'll see…
  • You can do it! And I'm glad to hear you're okay after that. I've lost just shy of 100 lbs and wanna lose another 50 or so. It takes time and hard work but definitely achievable and worth it!
  • This app definitely helps to track calories and workouts. Just use it and stay on track and you can reach any goal you have. I don't know about fibromyalgia but I have anxiety and depression. Since starting my journey about 10 months ago I've lost just about 100 lbs with another 45 or so to go. Feel free to add me
  • Definitely helped me a lot. I lost a little before using it and I'm total I've lost just about 100 lbs so far. Still planning on dropping another 45
  • You can do it man, feel free to add me! I've lost almost 100 lbs so far and want to lose another 45-50 lbs
  • Great job so far man, keep at it and you'll reach your goal. I started at 341 and am currently 242, aiming for 190
  • I'm next door in Alabama. Tweak your calorie goal slightly and try increasing cardio. Helped for me. I've lost just about 100 lbs but still have 52 lbs left. Went from 341 and now at 242, aiming for 190 as of right now
  • Anyone can feel free to add me. I started at 341 and went down to 235 in 6 months. Gained 7 lbs so I'm at 242 currently because of losing motivation with dealing with divorce but I'm back at it again. I'm 25 and 6' btw. My goal is 190 as of right now but that may change, not sure yet. As long as you stick with a healthy…
