For me what made me want to start this journey was my kids, they were and always will be the reason I try to get as healthy as possible to keep up with them and also be in their lives for as long as possible. 350lbs to currently 213lbs, about 28 more to go until my goal5

Really reasonable goals help me. I am a "check list" type person so as soon as I check a goal off the list it gives me more motivation to get to the next one and so on.5

Getting close to 40 and having two little kids makes you want to be able to enjoy their kind of activities lol. Hope that doesn't change so healthy lifestyle is a big foucs.2

I have been doing this without mfp for a few months before i signed up. Down 31 pounds and trying to keep my BP moving downward as well. The latter has been a slow process but right now is my biggest motivation. My BP has been a serious thorn in my side.2

I want to see my fasting blood suhar regulate, and hopefully not have gestational diabetes in my next pregnancy.0

Taking ownership of myself, self-awareness, meditation and discipline.
Have lost 45 lbs since November,2019 and looking to lose another 30-35 more0 -
I have recently discovered Yin Yoga and I really like it. I like the concept of surrendering through Yin.0

Short term: Getting my bloodwork done tomorrow so that, ideally, my GP gets off my back about starting cholesterol meds.
Long term: Increased flexibility aha-haha-aha 😏0
