    Getting close to 40 and having two little kids makes you want to be able to enjoy their kind of activities lol. Hope that doesn't change so healthy lifestyle is a big foucs.

    I have been doing this without mfp for a few months before i signed up. Down 31 pounds and trying to keep my BP moving downward as well. The latter has been a slow process but right now is my biggest motivation. My BP has been a serious thorn in my side.

    I want to see my fasting blood suhar regulate, and hopefully not have gestational diabetes in my next pregnancy.

    Taking ownership of myself, self-awareness, meditation and discipline.

    Have lost 45 lbs since November,2019 and looking to lose another 30-35 more

    I have recently discovered Yin Yoga and I really like it. I like the concept of surrendering through Yin.

    Short term: Getting my bloodwork done tomorrow so that, ideally, my GP gets off my back about starting cholesterol meds.

    Long term: Increased flexibility aha-haha-aha 😏
