Just thought I'd share that i have now gotten to 289.2 lbs which brings my total loss to 51.8 lbs. If anyone would like to add me as a friend feel free to do so. Have a great Sunday everyone!

Not sure what you have but my bottom 3 discs are damaged and i had gotten 3 epidurals, 1 in each disc, after that i have been perfectly fine. I go to the gym 7 days a week now and haven't had any issues at all

Ill send you a req so you can check out my diary. Im 6' and now almost 290, i started at 341. My limit mfp gave me was like 2850 but i brought it down to 2450 but i stick around 1800-2000 pretty easily. I work at a golf course 5-7 days a week and go to the gym 7 days a week

You can do it bro! I started with almost 120 lbs i wanted to lose, ive lost close to 50 already! Tracking stuff on here and adding friends helps tremendously. I also have a bad back, my lowest 3 discs are in real bad shape. I had to get an epidural in each disc just so i could walk and do everyday activities again. Sent…

You can do it! I agree its easier with friends on here, everyone keeps eachother motivated by seeing friends log workouts and also see their diaries. I started with 116 lbs i wanted to lose and have already lost 41 lbs, 75 more to go! Sent a req

You can do it! Just eat within the calories mfp tells you and do a some exercises and you'll see results :)

It sounds like you are on the right track. also agree with others here, dont worry about losing it fast because it does take time. Best advice i can give is to keep up what you are doing and if you havent already, put all your info here on mfp and eat within the calories it tells you. Good luck :)

To be honest man i dont use much free weights either, i use a lot of machines. I use free weights for my arms though and some shoulder stuff. You could always look around on youtube for exercise ideas with free weights

We are just about the same bud. I was 341 dropped down to 305, im also 6' and im wanting to get down to around 225. Also go to the gym 6 days a week. I weight lift every other day, upper body one day and lower body one day. And between weight days i do just cardio. Sent a req

Haha. Its going pretty decent for me, doing cardio 3 days a week and weight lifting 3 days a week with one day off the gym. Ive lost 36 lbs so far but still a ways to go! You?
