I have do 10 pull ups consecutively, I can army climb a rope (only hands no feet), and I can run with no problem. My BMI still puts me over the "recommended" which for my height is ridiculous. I'm only 120 lbs (granted I've lost 30 lbs, but I'm still "overweight" technically) Ignore BMI forever plz

That looks great! I'll have to try it the next time I make mac and cheese. Right now I just use soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, almond milk, and spices. :)

I have a smoothie every morning. I prep everything so all I have to do in the morning is add ice and blend. 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) 1 cup mango 1 handful spinach 2 scoops Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder 1 tsp Maca Powder 6-8 ice cups (roughly)

I fell in love with Aerial Dance, but to be good, it requires you to be strong. So I started getting stronger and losing body fat (which is more important to me than weight) and I've never felt better. Lowest weight since I hit puberty and the happiest I've ever been with my body. (FYI, I'm only 120 lbs and 4'11" so it's…

Why not just get what you have tailored? It's usually not that expense.

I think they mean more that vegan foods are not as calorie dense as meat-based foods. I would suggest meal planning to start and maybe counting macros/calories to ensure that you're getting what you need. I've been vegan for two years and I've never had problems gaining or losing or maintaining weight during this time, it…

I weigh myself every morning when I wake up and have used the bathroom. I don't pay much attention to the number though. I just let it sink to my phone and then it'll give me a weekly average. I'm lucky enough that I've never had a lot of issues with the scale or food, so I can weigh myself and even if it's +/- 3 it…

Do not under any circumstances try MRM protein from Amazon. The macros look so good, but it tastes like grassy *kitten*.

I honestly think height also comes into play. I'm 4'11" and for me dropping weight makes a huge difference because it's coming from a smaller area. For someone taller, dropping a lot of weight all over isn't going to make a huge difference the way it does for me. That said, I lost 30 lbs and went from a size 8 to a size…

The orgain one is def my favorite. For a meal replacement, you could probably use soymilk and maybe make a smoothie?

Hey, how's it going? I'm doing pretty well with my current goals. I'm weightlifting and doing aerial. I'm currently in maintenance, because I was cutting for a long time and wanted to give my body a break. I'm adding back in a little cardio just for a liiiittle bit of weight loss, but for the next couple of weeks I'm happy…

I HATE vega protein powder. I can't stand it. Try Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge protein powder. It's really smooth and not chalky at all.

Hi, everyone! I'm Samantha. I'm 25 years old. I do aerial silks and lyra. I weight lift. I'm going to school for my Masters. I'm vegan (but not the preachy kind). Feel free to add me!
