Pass day #2 for me - went over calories at my X-mas party. I tried to plan it out then had one (or maybe 2) extra glasses of wine. It's hard to stick to moderation when it's an open bar! Oh well...I had a fun time :)

Hi am_change - I'm still trying to loose another 10 pounds and then maintain and work on recomp to drop body fat percentage. But that will be another longer term goal. I think the next 10 lbs will probably take a while to loose.

Pass Day #3! Over calories again. Went to my sister in laws for dinner and she made a vegan tort that was a bit decadent. I'm not sure how many calories it was, but I think I was definitely over. I also enjoyed it with a couple glasses of wine too! I better smarted up or I'll be out of the winner's circle!
