I just had my last session with my personal trainer this morning and after 3 months of training, I have lost 16 Lbs and 3+ inches EACH off my bust, hips and abdomen. I also have the skills and knowledge to maintain a healthy lifestyle and I'm going to keep it up! Feeling super happy :)
