I am breathing but I don't have a certain technique that I use. I think on the SL website he suggests a certain pattern. I'm sure I probably hold my breath a little when coming up out of it but for the most part I just inhale/exhale naturally.

I'll add my 2 cents. I was in a similar situation. I had lost 40 pounds over 2 years. Yes, it took me a while. But consistency, counting calories, and exercise are what did it. Then I stalled out. I could not seem to get over that slump-for months. I was eating 1500 calories per day and my TDEE was 3000. All the math said…

3-400 calories? That's some weight loss That was what I was thinking. How would it be down that many calories with just a few pounds loss? Subjectively I feel like my intensity and activity level have remained the same.

What makes you think this? I am 192.6 pounds and 5-10. What would you expect my TDEE to be? I work out daily (Bootcamp style, kickboxing, body pump, running) I think I average about 500 calories per workout.

I would recommend eating more calories. 1100 is too little. Just give it two weeks. Eat back most of your exercise calories and see if your body will adjust. I know it sounds scary and counter-intuitive but sometimes your body needs more to lose more. I've had a similar situation I was stalled out for months at about 1500…

I like the individual tuna packs. They are about 100 calls and 14 grams protein. I use them on salads. Recommend the sweet and spicy flavor.
