Thanks for you advice! I will definitely watch my calorific intake and try to keep a slight surplus. Thanks for your reply! I will check Stronglifts 5x5 out and I will definitely keep my form in check.

Thanks all for your helpful replies! I set my goal to lose 0.5kg/1lb a week therefore my daily intake should be 2100 calories but I will most likely change it to lose 0.25kg/0.5lb a week.
