  • How do you know what keeps you full? I have no idea what to set them all to because I've never thought about fat ect
  • Yes I do have to travel! Probably 10, and I try to last until 1 but I normally get hungry around 12! And then 5/6 for dinner.
  • Cerial! I always thought I was around the serving size decided to weigh my food one day and was shocked! I use to have a whole bowl of mini wheetabix but the serving size amounts to about 7 of them
  • I like the go ahead crunchy dippers! You can get them in salted caramel or coconut!

  • Mine has to be McDonald's although most the time it fits in my calories but the new big tasty with bacon burger is out of this world and totally goes above my calories! Or cheesy chips and garlic sauce I could eat any day of the week!

  • Nothing off limits, lost 2 1/2 stone since October goal 1lb a week 1790 cals a day. Excersize daily between 30-60+ minutes but 30 mins minimum (I know I probably shouldn't excersize so much but I love it and I'm starting swimming tomorrow :))
  • Breakfast I had my usual wheetabix to go chocolate drink, lunch I had mccoys cheese and onion crisps and a slim fast,I tried 2 of those new digestive thins as a snack and had some banana chocolate chip cake as they were giving it away in the staff canteen!! And then poached egg on toast for tea and a Oreo :)
  • I have the weight watchers one and the same problem with you with accuracy. My problem is that every room is carpet in my house so I have bought some carpet scale adaptors to help lol!

  • A lot of people go by weekly figures rather than daily and it does still work, as they say weight loss isn't linear :) A few times If I have been going out or a occasion where I knew I would eat more I would eat less calories a few days before and it still worked for me :)

I have been doing this about 5/6 months now and I know it's about calories ect so yes I eat within my budget and sometimes at work I fancy something more on the naughty side maybe a chocolate bar and a few people know I am losing weight will make comments like 'oh are you not doing it anymore'…
  • I agree with a lot of people here, some days I feel a huge difference and others I feel nothing - what has helped me is that every week on a Saturday I take a picture in the mirror and when I feel like nothing has changed I take the latest picture and the first one and then I can see it most definitely has :)
