It takes a bit longer to see results but I did feel better within weeks. I started at 268 5'10 wearing a size 20, I am now down to 227 pounds & can wear some size 16 pants depending on the cut. Overall it took a 41 pound difference to drop 2 jean sizes, keep going!! The more you loose the shorter in between sizes

Food addiction yes, I ate constantly. Splurging myself with goodies, ate just to eat because I could. I am not a dog so I've learned not to treat myself with food anymore. I gave up the "I've had a good day so i deserve a candy bar" mentality. Now I eat what my body needs to thrive, I won't let food define me. I even leave…

I try and aim for once a week to log my weight BUT I have a hard time lasting that long. I normally crumble & step on the scale every 2-3 days but only log my weekly weight. I slide the scale under my bed so I'm not tempted to weigh everyday because I know I will get obsessed with the numbers.

Absolutely, I relied on measuring cups for a long time but once I switched to a food scale I couldn't believe how far off measuring cups can be! I was eating extra without realizing it
