It takes a bit longer to see results but I did feel better within weeks. I started at 268 5'10 wearing a size 20, I am now down to 227 pounds & can wear some size 16 pants depending on the cut. Overall it took a 41 pound difference to drop 2 jean sizes, keep going!! The more you loose the shorter in between sizes

Current weight 233, starting weight 268 I set my goals in 5 pound increments but ultimately I would like to get under 200 then go from there.

How ever often you want. I personally drink 3 cans of diet Dr Pepper a day on average. Doesn't effect my weight

Bored no, that Is a trigger for me so I tend to stay away from foods then. I snack a ton to prevent over eating, cucumber, yogurt, babybell light cheese,triscuit thins with a laughing cow wedge,granola or just a cup of sparking water.

Food addiction yes, I ate constantly. Splurging myself with goodies, ate just to eat because I could. I am not a dog so I've learned not to treat myself with food anymore. I try and aim for once a week to log my weight BUT I have a hard time lasting that long. I normally crumble & step on the scale every 2-3 days but only log my weekly weight. I slide the scale under my bed so I'm not tempted to weigh everyday because I know I will get obsessed with the numbers.
