We have our first official dressage competition on Sunday, goals for next year step up to prelim class... when the n the year may well depend on Sunday and as he's a big boy availability of long arena tests. But I can always do the PYO class.

Seconding the previous post. I now have proper foot beds with arch support in all my boots and do the stretches I found on Google. If I wear boots without the support it starts to come back. It took several months to go and all new shoes have decent arch support.
