Hi everyone! I'm a 5'10" Texan and looking to lose 12-15 pounds over a few months. I've had a lot of trouble figuring out what my ideal weight range and calorie intake are. Like, according to the doctor, I have a 50 POUND healthy weight range for my height (125 to 175). I'd LOVE to hear from others about your target weight and calorie goals!

I'm a 5'10 Brit and need to lose another 36lbs if I went on your Drs range I could stop at another 15lbs... but I have a slight frame so I'm aiming at about 154lbs ish for my goal weight. If I am not trim enough I may go for more but gently.
Calorie goal is 1790 a day, aiming for 1lb a week to come off, generally I eat less than that but not too much less. Being weak and hungry and handling my horse wouldn't be safe!
I'm also keeping a close eye on how I look and how fit I am, there's another lady at my yard who's lost so much she's aged herself massively and looks ill0
