The idea is to eat "clean". You don't have to eat as much as they do. I know they're on roids, so normal people aren't going to be duplicating their regimens, but they're inspirational. It's about getting ideas to form something for yourself, not just copying exactly what someone else is doing.

Quoting the article- "there's a lot about flexible dieting that the haters don't understand."

I know the average person doesn't need to eat like a bodybuilder. It's just motivational and educational to me. You can take bits and pieces from it, or watch what people who you consider motivational do. A calorie deficit isn't going to help much with high blood pressure, if she's getting too much sodium in her diet.

You got to go the diet route, before you can get into the condition where you can sustain exercise. By diet, I do not mean self deprivation. I mean changing the way you eat, because we all have a diet. Start eating healthier. More fruits and veggies. Less fried, greasy foods. Get into the habit of preparing your own meals.…

Skip the machines. Jump right into the free weights. Start very light and stress form/ posture, and smooth, controlled repetitions. You can add cardio machines and core machines into your regimen, but for almost everything else the free weights are the way to go. Enjoy yourself.

Exercise is good, but you can't outwork a bad diet. Fad diets are not sustainable, so you just regain what you lost when you go back to eating the way you used to. The best thing to do is to gradually make small changes to your regular diet. Getting into the habit of preparing your own meals. Switching from enriched wheat…

What do you mean debunked? Are you saying genetics has nothing to do with it? From my understanding, all somatypes are saying is that we have genetic tendencies towards certain attributes. We can be, and much more often than not are, combinations of each. Each type has its own advantages and disadvantages. So, take what…

You can swing your heart out punching the air. Just do it in private, so people don't think you're crazy. Some time away from screens (tv, computer, phone) is good to reboot a little. Concentrating on your breathing, taking full breaths, is a good form of meditation.

Do the superman exercise and different plank variations. You don't just have to hold the poses if that bores you, but do repetitions.

I walk the dog, but a dog is a long term commitment, so I don't know if it's for you. Pick a store the distance away you want to walk. Pick up something you need there, or a snack or drink and walk back home.

Rein in the leash, so he's by your side with only a little slack. Get a remote shock collar. They work wonders. You can put it on the lowest, effective setting. Warn once in an assertive tone when he pulls. Then, shock if he pulls again. He can sniff around when you let him off leash somewhere. It'll take some time to…
