  • Thanks for this post, I am in the process of trying to give up the stuff. But think I am partly addicted to buying something each day which is often a fizzy drink or too. I need to start saving my money and not wasting it so fingers crossed that will be the kick I need to see how much of a saving I shall make

  • I've been wondering this, and I really think it does make a massive difference. And I also think it makes a difference with who's on the panel. I really do think size and image make a huge difference.

  • Have finally gotten round to putting my measurements up: Bust: 40 inches Waist: 25 inches hips: 45 inches Thighs: 30 I am currently on Day 4 of Level 1, thankfully I can now stand up and sit down without it hurting quite so much as day 1 and 2!!

  • I started the 30ds today too, I tried to start it at the beginning of the month done 3 days and gave up. But today I have put a chart up on my wall and I will be sticking to trying to do it for 30 days straight. I must be able to fit 20 minutes into each day!

  • I mainly drink cola, I don't really know what I'm addicted too, I guess it is the fizz.. Think I may have to have a look into getting one of them soda streams and see if that works.
