I was just thinking the same. But heard also if u neglect those cravings and sweets its what u want to eat more once u hit ur goal weight. That's why ppl gain weight back and more. Makes sense.

Thank you all so much, it feels great knowing im not alone lol. I will be eating the full maintenance mfp is giving me and letting the breastfeeding be my dificit. And see if that helps. I do still breastfeed more then he eats in solids, and he eats all through the night, so i feel that will be the best approach right now…

I do have a scale and weigh everything i eat, or cook. I did gradually cut my calories as i lost weight so havnt had a problem with my milk supply in general just losing more weight from here. I guess just play around with the numbers and see what wotks best from here. Thank you all so much for ur help!!

Yeah im doing the whole natural thing. Do include a plant based soy protien some days i need the extra energy. Its hard to know what to cut and not cut out. I stick to the whole grain, fruits and veggies, cut out sugars and procesed foods. Ive lost a bit of pregnancy weight but now seem to be stuck around 160.

How do u log u breast feeding calories? Should I? I have an ebf 6 month old, he also feed him solids.I just put moderately active , and just count my workouts. Been on mfp 70 days now lost 20+ pounds. Sometimes it freezes but then when it does show on the scale it's a few pounds at a time, I am really hungry at night tho.

I too breastfeed my 7 month old, very very hard it comes off slow then bam lose 5 pounds, I didn't add any extra calories because of breastfeeding I just put active , and drink a lot of water . Eat a lot of protein and veggies.
