  • Absolutely love my Blaze! Its rugged, the battery life is great, and the few things I want to see improved are software things. Feel free to add me! https://www.fitbit.com/user/5SLG35
  • I usually fall about 10-20 grams behind on my macros. Talked to my doctor about it, and she said as long as I'm seeing results its fine for now. I think its more like loose guidelines really. I wouldn't go like, 30-50 grams deficit but I think like 10-20 is fine.

  • I have a few - 1. Don't be afraid to be the only one eating healthy. I felt immense pressure when I was just starting out to eat animal products due to the people around me ( Nothing stated, just lots of ribs and BBQ and whatnot ) 2. Be STRONG! You know you are strong, don't let your doubts get the best of you. 3.…
  • I absolutely love Spirtein. . It comes in a great wide variety of flavors ( I usually just get the vanilla and chocolate ones ), blends amazingly well, and is very reasonably at usually 20-25 bucks a canister. You can also usually find a small packet on the endcaps/by the canisters at your local store. Its how I got hooked!

  • Here are my tips! * Stock up your pantry! There are many vegan pantry lists on Pinterest that will help you, but basic sense is your friend. Dried/canned beans of all types, tomato sauce/diced tomatoes, grains, etc. * Plan your cooking. so, set aside one day a week, even if its half a day, to cook meals for at least a few…
  • Tofu, seitan, tempeh, soy curls, edamame are all great sources of protein. Also, unless you're running, sick, pregnant, or under any other guidance you may not need as much protein as you think. I routinely only get around 40-50 grams despite my goal being higher and I feel great. I make up for that in fat ( good fats from…
  • Ive been cooking with tofu for awhile, so here's a few things I've noticed. Make sure to press your tofu! You can do the whole " balance books and cans on it" trick, or you can buy one of the many presses out there. I have the EZ Tofu press, and it works wonderfully. There is another one about to hit US shelves, Tofuture,…
