I gained almost 60 pounds. 8 lbs was the baby and then a couple weeks after delivering 20lbs came off right away so I think I had a lot of fluid built up because I was really swollen. I wasn't watching how many calories I was eating. But I knew if I worked hard enough I could lose the weight so I didn't stress too much…

My babies is five months old and I just lost the baby weight. I made my weight loss goals on my fitness pal 1 lb per week and so it still did at least 1500 calories. My supply has been fine. I've also been doing Zumba twice a week. I've lost 58lbs since the day of delivery (so 8 lbs was the baby, but oh well).
