Daily log: walked 35 mins and logged all food. Gave in to eating 18 crackers. But, at least I counted the crackers and logged it! Made sure I went for a walk afterwards, because I felt guilty!

So, yesterday's walk: 2 different times for a total of 32 mins. Not bad! Already did a short walk today, too! And have logged my breakfast.

My difficult days are Saturdays. Football games, lots of food, bevs, people, and mindless munching. Yeah, looking back and hearing it coming from others- does sound very self sabotaging! Ugh!!!

I've done: clothes, makeup, put $ in a jar to buy a big item at the end of the month, buy a sing or two in itunes-especially if it helps with a.good workout, bought myself flowers.

So, daily update: actually did really good today! Did 30 mins of moderate walking outside, beautiful day out!! Trying to make better conscious decision of food. Did great all day! Today was one of my ling days at work, so asked hubby if he could make dinner, or I could pick something up. He said he would make it. Pasta…

The hard part is that some days by the time I get home, I start making dinner right away, then by the time I'm eating it's already 6-7pm! That's when I just so exhausted! Then I'm in bed by 9:45-10pm, just to be up around 6;30am again!

update: I logged in everything yesterday and so far today. Also just came back from a 16 minute brisk walk, in between seeing clients!
