uhhh...just because what she wrote "screams" ED (to someone such as yourself) doesn't mean it actually IS...so I would think twice before suggesting things as serious as professional help from out of thin air

you'll know when you feel more comfortable in your own skin (think sitting in on a job interview in your best clothes)...aiming for a healthy bmi range based on your height is always a good idea! i had some people tell me (mostly fam) not to lose more or lift or whatever...but i just tuned them out...it's really about you…

my doctor flat out asked me if i "believed in mortality" after getting weighed one time.... what a jerk!...got me thinking and acting more in the long-run tho...best of luck to you and reaching your goals! B)

Losing 10lbs in 30 days seems realistic too (depending on weight/height)???... that's like 2-3 lbs a week i'd like to lose about 30lbs in around 3 months
