ohhh and avocados are awesome as a side/on sandwiches... i'm crazy about hummus with raw veggies like brocc, cauli and baby carrots too... u can make a sandwich too.. get a high quality multi-grain whole wheat bread (gluten-free works too) and use hummus as spread, peppered turkey ham, havarti cheese and greens/tomatoes

agreed. like brocc is most filling with something like grilled chicken breast and whole grain brown rice...and carrot sticks with hummus or guac red beets are pretty filling when boiled and topped w/evvo+balsamic

hey San Jose here....getting under 200 was a benchmark for me/great feeling...i was happier about reaching 199 than i was about the 170's haha....and all your mental issues will most likely improve the healthier you eat and more you exercise + losing weight

Boost and Ensure, etc. are actually pretty expensive for what/how much you're getting... compared to better stuff that promote gain...maybe she has more time now seeing this was back in Jan.. whatever man, it's your life...knock yourself out on all the JIF/ben and jerry's your heart desires!

ice cream and most pb brands are all BAD SUGAR. BAD SUGAR=DISEASE AND DEATH + most dairy has a lot of puss cells and hormones, etc. in it. Research. GROSS. i believe in shopping regularly and spending $$$ on high-quality, organic calories.
