breakfeast, cereal with milk and dreied Lily, one egg, 50g sweet potato Lunch, Stir-fried cabbage and eggplant,one steamed bun,one banana,20gChinese yam, 50 sweet potato, 70g spicy fish Dinner:100g boiled fungus with 100g sweet potato again! I know the portion of carb is excessive :( I need to restrain the appetite.
