@tattygun I have no idea why you would be fasting fully knowing that will do nothing good for you.
That's right, you do have no idea yet here you are, writing condescending replies as though you do.
Fyi I was due an operation that afternoon, hence the fast.
Get your facts in order before you assume in future.

How can he get the facts in order if you didn't volunteer the info that you had an operation coming up in the original post? It's fair to assume that on a recipe post on a weight management forum that the reason you would choose to fast is for weight management reasons rather than for an operation.

Love that it is getting to Soup weather again! I can actually take it to university now. I hated making salads for lunches. It's so dull!

323 calories, 34 grams carbs, 36 grams protein 4 grams fat
8 oz package Hyvee Black pearl medley (reminds me of the mixture and texture of wild rice soup)
2 packages of family size tuna
1 package of frozen peas
7 tablespoons Dried onion
9 halves sundried tomato
7 tablespoons bacon bits
2 packages of dry ranch seasoning
Boil peas 3 min
Make rice mixture as package says
Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 10 min
Makes 7 1-1/2 cup servings and then I froze each serving for quick meals... amazing!!!
Going to try less peas and add spinach for less calories ( almost 60 calories comes from the peas) and it seemed a little pea heavy could also sub green beans, broccoli, or spinach

I love your dishware. I find putting food on a decorative plate makes eating a smaller quantity more appealing some how, like it tricks my brain then there is more there than there actualy is lol

Can anyone tell me how to post a picture of my prepared recipes in the recipe section on mfp? I am meaning on my personal recipes. I see the icon for a picture, but it only posts one if I am importing the recipe from another site. I can't figure out how to post my own personal pics.1
