    1) People needs to freaking chill, you're all killing my food porn buzz. I look forward to trolling these foodie pictures every day and this is majorly interfering.
    2) Stop being so overly sensitive. Someone didn't like your choice of food. Deal with it and stress about more important things. We ARE judgmental. We comment on what we think looks amazing and sometimes on what we think doesn't. Pull on the big girl panties and suck it up.
    3) Not everyone is attacking you. A lot of people on here have been doing this a LONG time and have a deep understanding of nutrition. They see someone eating a dangerously (yes, I said dangerously) low amount of calories, they are liable to speak up. If you feel THAT defensive about how many calories you're eating, it's a good bet you realize it's too low.
    4) If you're going to threaten to "no worries because I surely will not be posting here again" then be woman enough to follow through.
    5) I don't care for Emu. Bison steak is good but I *REALLY* enjoy a good elk steak.

I so love elk steaks. And you can eat, like, half a pound of elk and you've still ate only 250 cals. More room for fries and/or creamed spinach.

Now, give me some rare elk steak with a big piece of that chocolate-coconut bar. I'll die happy.

I haven't tried emu, but ostrich tastes like a rather tough, aged lean Angus steak. I don't recommend it, actually.

K, am I the only one who noticed the calorie free dressing? :|:\

I was actually going to make a comment about cauliflower pizza plus Walden Farms dressing = a plate full of sad... but I am sure there are plenty of people who would not enjoy or agree with the food I eat so...

I got really excited then went to their website and all of the dressings I looked at have sucralose (Splenda)... and I'm not sure about anyone else but that crap makes me feel miserable. sigh

Just to be clear.... I didn't see all this "drama" until after my post. I had no intention of egging it on. I just seriously think I might be slightly allergic to fake sugar so I was disappointed when I looked up the nutrition info because a calorie free ranch (and calorie free coffee creamer at that) would be awesome to have in my fridge!

I had a day of eating out.

Breakfast was 1/2 a chorizo, egg and cheese burrito and 1/2 a potato, egg and cheese burrito with tomatillo salsa.

Lunch was a bowl of potato, bacon and cheddar soup; and some red grapes. That large cup was just iced water.

Dinner we went to our fav fish restaurant. I had a red snapper sandwich on toasted walnut sourdough wheat bread, and asian coleslaw. Those onion rings came with the meal, but they were way too greasy to eat.

Dessert tonight is going to be some Trader Joe's Sipping Chocolate.

OH!!! I saw that sipping chocolate today while I was there picking up my dinner (it's tamale season at Trader Joe's!). I *ALMOST* bought it but didn't want to spend that much without knowing it was good.

Let me know how it is!

A couple of my friends get all excited each year when TJs brings the sipping chocolate back, so when I saw it at the store tonight I picked up a tin. It cost $3.99, but it will last me the season. It's really good. It has a deep chocolate flavor, and it's very rich. 3 tbs mixed in 3/4 cup hot milk. I think next time I will only use 2 tbs.

Wished I had known about the tamales. I would have tracked them down while I was there! :'(

That sipping chocolate looks awesome. So is it just like a rich hot chocolate? We got a gift bag from Trader Joe's the other night from a holiday gift exchange at a party - had peanut butter filled pretzels, assorted Jo Joe's cookies, and two yummy chocolate bars. My husband doesn't let me go to TJ unsupervised... or Whole Foods for that matter...

Last night work dinner, no pics because I think people would have looked at me strangely...
Bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer (held myself to one but I could have eaten the whole order), creamy tomato soup, and braised lamb shanks with mashed potatoes. Really good Oregon Pinot Noir...
