Also @JL2513 - I got my creme brulee almonds yesterday and they are delicious! I love creme brulee, so I knew they would be a hit!
@Emily3907 I was surprised at how delicious those creme brulee almonds are! I didn't expect much, but they did a great job getting the flavour down1 -

Not quite sure if this is going to post right, but I tried. Cal do de pollo- Chicken soup
One is kale salad with orange honey chicken with sesame seeds
Bacon, pecan waffle, with and egg in the center
Grilled steak, coconut shrimp, roasted-loaded potatoes, salad cucumbers, smoked sausage..... this one was a bit on the high side but way less than eating fast food.

Eggs baked in avocado: Halved avocado, and filled halves with one egg each. Sprinkled with sea salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Baked at 350 degrees. I didn't time them, just watched till eggs cooked to my preference. Squeezed about 1/4 lemon wedge on top after baking.4 -
Homemade Hot Pockets for the freezer. I always make a big batch to freeze. I just use homemade pizza dough and whatever fillings sound good. These are:
- BBQ Chicken with Gouda, Red Onion and Cilantro
- Pepperoni, Homemade sauce, Mozzarella, Red Onion and Green Pepper
- Beef Taco Meat, Corn, Salsa and Cheddar
- Ham, Cheddar and Broccoli

- BBQ Chicken with Gouda, Red Onion and Cilantro
- Pepperoni, Homemade sauce, Mozzarella, Red Onion and Green Pepper
- Beef Taco Meat, Corn, Salsa and Cheddar
- Ham, Cheddar and Broccoli
Any chance you have a recipe or guidelines for these?

Sure - I use Guy Fieri's Prime Time Pizza Dough recipe. For the recipe, I divide the dough into 6 servings. Then I just roll the dough pieces out to about the size of a plate (maybe a little smaller) and fill with whatever filling sounds good. (Obviously, any meat is pre-cooked.) Then I fold the dough over the filling, use a fork to seal the edges, make slits in the dough for steam and bake at 450 for 12-15 mins.
Once baked, I let them cool, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. (I group the similarly filled ones into ziploc bags and label). When ready to eat, wrap the piece in a paper towel and microwave on high for about 2 mintues from frozen or 30 seconds to a minute from thawed.
I got the idea off of pinterest. There are all kinds of recipes for homemade hot pockets on there.3 -
