No, I didn't change WHAT I eat at all, only the quantity. And on average, I have less fiber.

I'm already allergic to gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, etc., so it isn't a food allergy. Thanks though.

I have old-fashioned oats nearly every morning for breakfast! Personally, I love the taste of oats (even plain), but I put frozen berries and cinnamon in mine for a little complexity.

Not yet, planning to though. Only just found a yummy type of gluten-free spaghetti, so I'm getting back into the swing of things. Thank goodness for Trader Joe's!
