Food scale adventures
So I'm logging using a scale now, and I've been eating so little compared to what I thought I was. I have to admit, this is not at all what I expected but it's really, really interesting.

Food scale recommendations?
Thinking about buying a food scale, for apples and bananas and tofu, etc.- not for every little thing. What are some that aren't too pricy, and what should I look for when buying one?

Bloating after every meal
For a few weeks now, every time I eat, I end up horribly bloated. Before the diet, it took a LOT of food to do that. Doesn't matter how much or how little I have- something as small as a banana or a bar will blow my belly right up, and I have no idea why. Help!

So, thanksgiving.
Not sure how to maneuver thanksgiving dinner. I'm having it with my family, and they're 100% anti-diet and anti-calorie counting. No way to track cals- I don't want to have to fake a stomach ache, but there doesn't seem to be an alternative. Wish me luck! :)

Math isn't fun!
The serving size is 1 3/8 cups, and there are 207 cals per serving. I had 1 cup. How many cals did I eat? Send help.

2 oz uncooked spaghetti = 1 cup cooked spaghetti?
Does this sound correct? It was what I was brought up believing, what are people's thoughts?
