I don't get home from work until 8:30, and my dinner break is at 5, so I'm usually hungry when I get home. I just make sure I have some calories left to have a snack. Or, I go over my allowance a bit and try not to worry about it.

Just because you happen to think she looks bad doesn't mean she does, or that she thinks so. She may think she looks awesome, and that is really the only thing that matters. Good on her for having the confidence to wear a bikini.

It doesn't matter what you weigh. On that day, everyone is going to think you're the most beautiful person in the room. When you put the dress on and are all ready to go, I bet you'll feel beautiful. I hope you will, anyway.

I LOVE this thread. There's so much negativity around here and this just makes me happy. We're not married, but our 4 year anniversary is coming this Thursday, and I couldn't be happier with him :).

Did you take before photos? A lot of people feel like they're not losing anything, but then they look at before photos and can see a difference. If you haven't taken any yet, take some now and then compare at the end of the 30 days.

Yes, although mine is more on the top of my feet. I broke my foot exactly a year ago, so I'm sure that hasn't helped, and I've always had weak ankles due to lots of soccer injuries.
