Just ran 1 mile in 8.39 minutes. Super happy, even if it was on a treadmill. Might have been extra fast because I was running off a terribly stressful day yesterday, but that's why I run.

FitnessBlender is free and has a huge variety. Look them up on YouTube.

I love carbs. Definitely no low carb here.

My boss, who I haven't seen since March, noticed my weight loss :)

You can't fix it yourself. They're working on it.

The fact that you finished a marathon is amazing to me! I'm in awe of people who run marathons, whatever the time is.

If I'm hungry, I'll usually make a peanut butter sandwich (which for me is always just one slice of bread...don't know why, I've always preferred just one slice folded over and heated...so good), but if I'm not hungry I just won't bother. I pre-log my dinners (eaten at work), so sometimes mine is just a matter of not…

I'm within the 'normal' weight range. Goodbye overweight!

Same, it’s been like this for most of the day for me.

Why do you need to? It may be possible, but certainly not advisable, sustainable, and most importantly, healthy. Slow is best, as annoying as it can be.

I don't do them, as I didn't find them challenging enough when I tried before, but I love Briana and everything she's about.

I would recommend a tracker, too. My job is similar in that some days I'm super active and others just not at all, so my Fitbit keeps me on track.

Also recommending Fitness Blender. You can choose length, intensity, equipment or not, and general body area to target on their web-site and then they give you options based on your choices. There's over 600 videos.

I follow this person on social media who lost some weight last year with weight watchers. They've since stopped WW, but now they spend all their time spouting about how we should love our bodies regardless of size and diets are so bad and on and on. .....where was the self-love you speak of so frequently now before WW?

No dog here (we have cats), but am here for all the cute pupper photos!

I think if it's important enough, we will find the time. I also work full-time & have a 2.5 year old. Sometimes I do it, and sometimes I don't, but when I don't, it's usually due to my own excuses than actually not having the time. I have a treadmill, so I use that or I like to do Fitness Blender videos which my son…

Lately Cadbury Cream Eggs. So good. Or half a peanut butter sandwich.

I think if you want to start trying, then go ahead and do it. Have you ever tried to get pregnant? If you haven't, you may not be one of the lucky ones to get pregnant right away. It can take a while, and you can focus on health while you are trying. Good luck!

I fit into my old work pants that are one size smaller. Haven't worn those pants in over three years.

I don't think someone posting those videos wants help.

5'7, currently 165lbs and set at 1680 and losing. I'm set to lightly active, and I eat back most purposeful exercise calories. I didn't use whatever MFP gave me, because it was too low for me. I used a TDEE calculator and then went from there. Could probably lower my cals a bit, but don't want to. I'm fine losing a little…

I was doing push-ups this morning (on my knees), and my 30lb toddler decided to climb on and I was still able to do them. I love getting stronger. Can't wait to do 'real' ones with or without the extra weight.

I haven't decided yet. I'm currently 166lbs (started this time at 175 - highest was 200 the day I gave birth). I've been down to 145 before, which was definitely nice so perhaps that again. I hold all my weight in my stomach area, unfortunately, so I'd like to get to a point where I'm happy with that area.

I 'lost' 3 pounds in one day, and obviously I didn't lose 3lbs of fat overnight. It is definitely disheartening, but just keep doing what you're doing.

I really like Fitness Blender on youtube. HASFit is pretty good, too, but have come to prefer FB.

Two miscarriages last year. Took me a few months to decide to change, but here I am.

I had two 6-7 week losses in June and October of last year. Prior to my June loss, I had been trying to get healthy and lose weight. After that, though, it all went out the window, and that's okay. I didn't step on the scale for months. Finally, in January I decided I had had enough and needed to get back to it. It doesn't…

Chicken breasts and salsa in the crockpot. Shred when cooked. So good, and lots of ways to eat it. I've been eating it on wraps with some ranch, and cheese the last two days. Can also throw it on salads or eat it with rice/pasta, and veggies.

Tried it, could not handle the texture or smell. Seems like others like it, so probably just me and my weird tastes haha.

Good for you for recognizing there may be a problem :). It takes a lot of self-reflection to come to those conclusions sometimes. It's great that you're going to focus on taking care of yourself in a healthy way. I hope you're able to find self-acceptance. Good luck!
