I'm in too! 5'0" with 35-50 pounds to lose. 35 to get into the "normal weight" BMI range and we'll see what happens then!

For me it was how my clothes fit, especially my pants. I take measurements but I never feel 100% sure that I took them in exactly the same place as the last time. The scale also is a dynamic/fluid thing based on so many variables. But needing to use the next smallest belt loop, that I trust!

I agree with "best diet is the one you can stick to" philosophy. I have tried a number of diets that restrict different foods and they never work for me because after two or three weeks my cravings are through the roof. This time I'm going with tracking my calories, weighing my food, and watching my macronutrients... and…

I've been eating at ~1200 calories for the past four weeks with no issue. As far as cheating, it depends on what you mean by cheating...
