  • I'm in too! 5'0" with 35-50 pounds to lose. 35 to get into the "normal weight" BMI range and we'll see what happens then!
  • For me it was how my clothes fit, especially my pants. I take measurements but I never feel 100% sure that I took them in exactly the same place as the last time. The scale also is a dynamic/fluid thing based on so many variables. But needing to use the next smallest belt loop, that I trust!

I have tried a number of diets that restrict different foods and they never work for me because after two or three weeks my cravings are through the roof.
