This is awesome! I usually do salami and creamer cheese for any on the go meal but never tried it with pickles wrapped in. I love pickles so I'm definitely trying it!

Sausage has gotten me on more than one occasion. This seems to be a trial and error type of diet to really dial in the macros and figure out what works best.

Most of the sugar comes from fully fat Greek yogurt, full fat cream cheese, coffee creamer is the biggest culprit but can seem to quit it. My net carbs are usually around 20g.

Have you tried drinking chicken broth? I've had migraines for as long as I can remember but do notice the frequency increases whenever I restart a low carb diet. Usually I can drink a cup or 2 of chicken broth and the migraine goes away pretty quickly.
