  • What I found was when I used to go bed too late then it led me to mid-night snacking. Then I started to hold back some calories during the day as a contigency plan and went to bed a bit earlyish. I must stress you should log all you eat diligently so you know exactly how much you have consumer saved within your allowance…
  • Absolutely!! it is hard in the begining but as you keep logging the app is intelligent to know the repeat items
  • Hi, you are doing great. Just stick to it and dont lose focus. I am also a newbie, started few weeks back but with a bit of discipline I can see the results now. I must stress that it is very important to log everything you eat :smile: hope it helps
