  • I too have sleep issues and w30's inclusion of meats and high proteins can be a problem if eaten within a few hours of bedtime. Concentrating on proteins in the morning works best for me.   • If whole30 is the same as paleo restart, wife and I have been doing it and she has celiac and lactose intolerance. W30 also does legume free and no sugar.
