We had company this weekend so food choices were not good... but on a high note.... My husband talked me into working out tonight. 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio... Hopefully it's the kick in the butt I need to get back on track.

I had a pity party this morning and I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes in the dentist chair and I cleaned my kids' rooms today. I didn't log my food or water (it would be a pretty ugly list) Steps is 13,277 so far! Tomorrow is a new day and I will get back at it!

One more snag to seeing each other's diaries .... we all have to be friends. Not just in the group.

For everyone to be able to see your diary, you have to go into settings and privacy/sharing. The diary sharing. Change it to friends only. Then click the check mark in the top right corner.
