  • Mines doing two fast days a week for sure. I do it with my sisters so we can all support each other haha. All the lighterlife fast products are on offer at the moment so deffo suggest stocking up whilst you can xxx

  • I'm exactly the same!!! My friend works at Supedrug and she always brings me the lighterlife fast shakes, they're super filling. She can't bring them to you haha but they are on offer at Superdrug at the moment x

  • When I was sick I lived off the lighterlifefast porridge, I found it so comforting. My sister always tells me to eat porridge when I'm ill and it seems to work!
