Add me! I'm 4'11 and freaking 264.8 lbs. My highest weight is 285 so I'm down 20 lbs. Whoop whoop. I have Pcos which really works against me... It sucks! But I'm determined to really reach my goal of 140-150.

Go with a keto diet. Fruits have natural sugar that isn't good for us with diabetes anyway. I'm in a couple of facebook groups that have to do with type 2 diabetes and eating keto. They are awesome.

My goal for today is drink 5 bottles of water and go for a 30 minute walk.

So what diet did you do? Low carb? I have pcos too and am having a hard time finding something that works for me.

I'm here sigh*. Lol. I'm 5'0 and actually weight 285 lbs! =/ I have pcos so it sucks that it's easy for me to gain weight and so hard to lose it. I still haven't found anything that works for me. I'm looking into the high fat low carb...so we'll see how that goes.
