As a nurse I can tell you that only eating once a day, your metabolism will actually slow down and prevent you from losing weight. My husband tried that and gained 80 pounds. It DOES work! I have lost 54 pounds since August ONLY doing this...no exercise. I am now able to start exercising because of the weight loss and my knees can tolerate it now

My doctor wants me to get down to 130....I am currently at 228...was 282 in August. This is by far the best way to do it!!

I have already lost 54 but need to lose 98 more...add me and we can help each other. I have kind of hit a plateau right now so I have to get over this hump...but I WILL succeed!!!
