The more sodium you eat, the more water you should drink to dilute it. Make sure you're drinking 80-100 oz of water a day and you should be fine. It may not be causing you problems now, but ingesting too much sodium over time can lead to health problems

I'm 80 lbs down with 115 more to go. Feel free to add me <3

The typical percentage is 50% carbs, and then 25% for protein and fat. The amount of grams depends on the amount of calories you eat. But really you can have them at any percentages as long as they equal up to 100%

Water or tea

I just find it easier to stay within my calorie range when I have a schedule, but it doesn't effect weightloss if you eat at like 10 pm instead of 7 pm or something

Do not work out while fasting. Drink plenty of water. Like a lot. Stay hydrated. People fast for 24 hours all the time, but if you start to get dizzy then you should break the fast and try again some other time

I typically don't eat after 7-8 pm because usually the things I want to eat at that time aren't healthy for me and I'm more likely to binge if I start eating later at night

The human body can survive 60-70 days with no food if they consume lots of water. It's not pleasant, but that's how long it would take to die. People who do fasts like that have one of these reasons: 1. Religious purposes 2. Protesting something 3. Have an eating disorder

I've been here for awhile and have lost around 76 pounds. I have 120 more pounds to lose to reach my goal of 120 lbs (I'm 5'6"). Feel free to add me (:

My why is because I want to look in the mirror and not feel gross. I want to be able to run my hands down my sides and not feel rolls of fat. I want to have the control to not overeat. Basically, I just want to feel good about myself.

How I deal with them: Sweet craving: carrots because they're naturally sweet and are filling Junk food craving not related to sweets: I buy organic rice/bean chips and then eventually the desire to eat something crunchy/salty/chip related goes away because they don't taste as good as potato chips (plus they're good for…

I usually have a protein bar, cheese, & some kind of veggie

First, I feel like you must know that unless you're planning on being keto for a super long time (years) then you might want to drop it. I had an appointment with a nutrionist not too long ago and unless you do the diet long term, you only lose water weight. Keto diets cause your body to release water from your muscles,…

Vegetarian meats. They make soy nuggets and veggie burgers that are super cheap if you get them at the right place. Greek yogurt. Cheese ( low-fat would be better if you eat a lot of cheese). Peanut butter, almond butter. Almonds. Eggs if you're an ovo-lacto-vegetarian. Chia seeds. Honestly, if you can include one of those…

I started about a year ago and was 316 pounds. I'm now 243 lbs (125 lbs to go (: ) You don't want to make any drastic changes too quickly. Make small changes every couple of weeks. If cutting out soda becomes difficult I'd recommend diet soda or other carbonated drinks. Limiting your red meats and eating mostly chicken or…

I have around 120 lbs to lose still. You can add me if you want :)

When your body gets excess sugar, it stores it as fat for energy for later. It's really simple. You can still have your sweets, but it'd be better to make sure you fit them in without going over your sugar goal.

Too much of anything is bad for you. You can't argue that. Even too many vitamins can make you sick.
-
The acid eats away the enamel on your teeth which can never be replaced. Technically speaking, anything with a lot of acid is bad for you.

Dude. Many people can have health problems that keep them from losing weight even if they're in a deficit. You shouldn't be so quick to judge. There could actually be something wrong.
-
Soda in general is bad for you because the acids in it wreck havoc on your teeth. But if you really can't cut it out of your diet without feeling deprived then it's a great alternative to regular soda. Just be careful about how much you drink because too much artificial sugar is really bad for you

I've lost 70 pounds and have another 115 to go if you want to add me

I'd recommend crunches over sit ups because it still works your core, but won't lead to back problems like sit ups do.

Over the past year I've lost about 60 pounds with some ups and downs. I was at my heaviest of 310 lbs and now I'm at 252 lbs. What I did was I cut back on sugar, starches, saturated & trans fat, fast food completely, I replaced any sugary drinks with tea and the occasional hot chocolate, replaced all my wheats with whole…
