Make your own and forgo the artificial stuff... even add protein powder to amp it up :) I blend some greek yogurt, cocoa powder, choc whey protein powder, some fruit, or nut butter and ice in my vitamix, and if I want it thicker add guar gum, and xanthan gum for an extra thick smooth ice treat! It can be Sunday or Monday... I give a little window for people to get their weights in, otherwise there would be NO ONE left in the challenge some weeks. :P New members are welcome till we are around 50 people as I like to keep it on the smaller side, so we actually get to know each other a bit.
