  • Day 2 done... didn't get my day 2 done yesterday as I was out of it after an allergic food reaction. Whew! I found some moves harder due to parts being sore... yet others easier! Hopefully it all gets easier!!

  • I am 5' 4.5" I prefer to round up to :wink: I can't do the "do not step on the scale" challenge as I weigh in every day. It keeps me accountable. I record it whether I am up half a pound or down. However just once a day, and first thing in the AM.
