I am horrible about making time to work out at night. Thankfully my son is old enough to take care of himself in the morning...so I get up at 4 am and hit the gym before work. It's the only way I can get there. I've been doing it 4x a week for the past two years...some days it's complete TORTURE but I have to make the…

I'd definitely consider weighing EVERYTHING you eat. It's not accurate if you aren't weighing it. I got really lax about weighing my food. I started weighing again last week and I'm already down 4lbs. It's very easy to overestimate.

nuts, hemp seeds, fruit (grapes, apples, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, raspberries, blackberries), edamame, cucumber, green onion, peppers, carrots, avocado, tomatoes, celery, boiled eggs, chicken, steak, lunch meat, different cheese, broccoli slaw, chickpeas, corn, shrimp, roasted beets, roasted garlic,…

I enjoy food so much more now. Before - I thought that fast food and eating out is what I wanted but since surgery my eating habits have changed and what I enjoy most has changed. Of course I still have pizza, a good bowl sugary cereal, cookies, and cake but it's rare and we eat at home 99% of the time. I love cooking now!…

It just depends - anywhere from 1200-1800. It depends on how hungry I am and how calorie dense my food is for that day.

I use 2 cups of fruit, 3 cups greens, carrots, and then seeds (flax, chia, hemp) in my smoothies. I also add a scoop of protein powder. To me - it's all about what you put in them. My liquid is either water or almond milk. Mine keep me full until around 12:30 - 1:30 and then I typically have mini snacks until dinner.

curry chick peas over basmati rice is one of my favorite vegan meals. A teriyaki tofu stir fry is good too! Just look up simple vegan recipes - there are tons out there!

Yes, after the gym. I only wash my hair every other day though.
-
because I track everything I eat. The only time I don't weigh my food is when we eat out - but we only eat out maybe once a month. lol
-
Up at 4 - dress for gym, fix cup of coffee, and throw my lunch in my bag 4:15 - walking out the door with my first cup of coffee 5:00 - gym for an hour 6:00 - shower time 6:30 - at my desk enjoying a cup of coffee

I was sleeved in August of 2016. I hit the gym every day at 4am but when I don't feel like going I just look up a video on youtube and do it at home.
-
Any type of chip/cracker. So - I just don't eat them! I can easily eat a box of cheez-its in a day and then some! It's so sad.
-
I was sleeved in August of 2016 - while I've hit my goal weight I still weight train to try to lean myself out! I follow a KETO diet but I'm all about having new friends!
-
I start and track (open to friends) but you'll notice rather quickly that I eat pretty much the same thing every day. I'm so boring - it gets to the point where you eat just to get something in your stomach vs OMG, let me cram all this delicious cake in my face haha
-
If you look at videos on youtube there are vegans who live a low carb lifestyle - they post their menus and meal preps.
-
I eat pretty much the same thing every day - egg salad (egg, mayo, mustard) w/2 pickles and a cheese stick. I'm pretty boring the only thing I change up is my dinner.
-
fresh peaches, pineapple, cantalope, applesauce, vanilla yogurt, mixed nuts, granola.
-
We tend to eat dinner before 6:30. I'm up at 4am so my eating schedule is way off and by 9:30 I only have one eye open and I can't sleep on a full stomach. If my day started later I'm pretty sure everything else would as well.
-
Maybe up your fat. If you're following a KETO diet then really your fat should be more than your protein. My macros are 75/20/5.
-
I'm KETO but fair warning - I eat very basic and the same thing pretty much every day. There's little to no change in my food choices lol
-
I was sleeved 8/23/16 and I follow a KETO diet. If you want to friend me - please feel free. I keep an open diary to friends.
-
Look up Keto Connect's chocolate chip cookie recipe.

Cheeseburger salads are my favorite! lol Anything that I could turn into a salad is a favorite in our house.
-
cook a lb of ground beef. When you go to warm it up - add taco seasoning for taco salad, hamburger seasoning for a cheeseburger salad, a little marinara to eat over zoodles. This is what I do...I just brown around 3lbs w/a little onion, salt, and pepper and turn them into whatever I want that night.
-
coffee w/heavy whipping cream. I'm pretty boring. Around 11 I'll have eggs w/cheese.
-
Yup, in a positive way...but a positive way that also pisses me off. Like...oh, now you want to tell me I'm gorgeous and you'd love to take me out but 120lbs ago you pretended like I didn't exist? ehhhh...ok.
-
coffee, eggs, and cheese. I'm pretty basic - no fuss!
-
So I'll ignore all the negative people ... I had the sleeve done on 8/23/16. My high weight was 281.6 and my current weight is 158.8. It was the best thing I ever did for myself. I'm happier and healthier than I have ever been in my life. I exercise 4-5 times a week w/both cardio and strength training. Seriously, if you…

avocado, pecans, almonds, boursin cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, avocado oil, mayo, butter.

I think it all depends on how your body reacts to carbs. For me - they leave me bloated and miserable. The carbs that come from bread, pasta, and rice. Maybe if you start by cutting out those carbs but leaving healthy ones you will see a difference. Also, WEIGH everything you eat. It's crazy how easy it is to overestimate.
