I have a 17 year old son and we keep several "treats" in the house. So I kept his stuff but I got rid of everything I bought for myself. It's good that he lives different things than I do because I'm certainly not tempted by his favorites lol

It's definitely mental and if you don't get your brain in check it will be hard to be successful. I was sleeved 8/23/16 - HW 281.6 and my current weight is 161.4. I started maintaining back in October and upping my strength training. You have to want it - it's not an easy answer and it's not the easy way out.

I follow a keto diet - my biggest thing that keeps me together is making a keto friendly sweet to have on hand. I don't really crave carbs as in breads, pasta, rice, potatoes. I did wear it to the gym until around November. So no, no longer at the gym - but everywhere else - hell yeah.

If you are looking for low cal - skinny vanilla latte or even an almond milk latte made w/skinny vanilla syrup. Check out Starbucks website - they give all the nutrition on all their drinks. If it's a once a week treat I'd stick to my favorite and just save the calories for it.

I've lost 120lbs. During my journey I have worked out religiously with both cardio and weight training. Excess skin is just something I'll have to do with....but I do think working out helped TREMENDOUSLY with my skin.

I'm KETO and you can add me but I eat VERY basic. My favorites include - egg roll in bowl, spaghetti squash alfredo, pesto chicken, and cheeseburgers just doctored up different ways.

You can do it! I had the sleeve in August of 2016 and follow a KETO lifestyle. If you want, you can add me! We have similar surgery dates and our pre-surgery weight is pretty close as well! My highest weight was 281.

I follow a KETO lifestyle and love it! It's pretty easy to follow but my biggest piece of advice is to start simple at first and rid yourself of all the cravings before you try to start making subs for your old favorites. Trust me, it will benefit you!

You can do this! I follow a KETO lifestyle and honestly - it's what works for me. When you start and you have the cravings eat a pickle and drinks TONS of water. Make sure you keep your electrolytes up. I have an open diary for friends if you want to follow!
